What is DID?

Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) is a rare condition, sometimes diagnosed as PTSD, Complex PTSD, or general Psychosis. Since it was added to the DSM-5 in 2013, mental health professionals have argued as to whether it should have been included, whether its merely a subset of another condition, or whether it should be recognized at all.
